Salut , Je veux changer mon manteau d'hivers. Je recherche quelque chose dans ce style là:


Je veux quelque chose que je peux porter toute l'hivers avec un polar en dessous, mais qui convient à mes rides de raquettes intense l'hiver.
Je voulais celui là mais il est pas disponible dans le noir au Canada. Les autres couleurs m'intéresse plus ou moin. Je suis pret à mettre 400 $ avant taxe gros max.

Qu'avez vous a me conseillez?

Withought making this too long because this could go on for hours if you get me started.....

Ok well I would go check out what MEC has to offer sometimes they have some pretty good deals with there own company when it comes to shells.

The other thing you should keep in mind is for the 200$-400$ range you will not likely get any actual membranes but more likely a micro - porous polyurethane laminate. All that that means is that in laboratory testing more membranes but not all are more breathable. The reality is that once outside with the wind and snow and rain and humidity you don’t see a difference.

Every company out there that I know of (been working for almost 6 years now in outdoor stores most of the time as manager) will have about 4 jackets that will meet what you are looking for. I can only think of one company (arc teryx) that would not have something in your range. So you pretty much have full choice.

If ever you want to know what the difference between the different materials are and stuff like that feel free to ask. I would be more then glad to answer your questions.

Honestly speaking you should try to find stores that are selling last years stock in liquidation. It would be your best bet for something cheep without compromising the performance of the jacket. And I am sure other people on here will be able to tell you what is on special in what stores... I try not to go shopping if I don’t have to.


Ok now........ I know that today is not the day for me to be doing this... and I was just bitching on msn with mat about how I hate people doing this but
We actual have a jacket on special from last year at the the store i work at. (Yeti for are phone number look up.) That I think would be pretty good for you. It’s on special at 50% off from the original price of 600.00 so that comes out at 350.00 + TX.

It’s a Patagonia jacket that was originally made for climbing. What you will find interesting with this is that it will be supper light weight waterproof breathable and stretch. What you will not like about it. Is that it doesn’t have many functional pockets. It has a napoleon pocket and two small ones in the pit zips. Besides from that I think it could be a good choice.

J'ai regardé dans le north face et ya ce model la qui semble pas pire. Pensez-vous que sa peut être un bon achat?? Trop chaud?
