The National Park Service at Rocky Mountain National Park (Colorado) is accepting comments on an environmental assessment to add mountain bike use to a 2-mile section of the East Shore Trail. The East Shore Trail runs north/south on the east shore of Shadow Mountian Lake, near the town of Grand Lake. Should the NPS allow bicycles, the trail would become an important connector to the National Forest to the south.

Submit your comments on the enviromental assessment.
