Introduced in 2005 the Maestro lineup is even more complete this year with 2 new models. The NRS is out but enters the ANTHEM. The new XC-racing bike features 3.5in of travel and is really light! The Anthem 1 sees the same spec has the Trance 1 but with SRAM X.0 shifters and mechs, Manitou R7 platinum fork and S-Type rear shock... Look for this bike to be used by many racers on the provincial circuit... This bike will not only be an efficient racer but pretty versatile ride for the trail riders! This bike will cater the needs of the person that needs a four inches bike for trail riding but might race and couple of time over the season and wants the ability to race with the best of them.
The Trance with 4.2in of travel is still the best seller among the Maestro lineup. The new version sees new mounting plates for the rear shock that improves the rear end's rigidity. (It didn't need any improvement from my point of view...) The new mountain plates now makes for a pierced frame that you can't see on the inside anymore.... However, the rear shock is more exposed then on last year's bike... The trance don't see any changes on the specs from this year's model except for SRAM x.9 on the Trance 2. The Reign sees the same kind of mounting plates then on the Trance. The Reign 1 now has a FOX 36... The Faith are also unchanged.
The other addition to the Maestro is the Glory their new DH machine that replaces the very Popular DH team and DH comp model. If you want to take the Trance and make it tranform like Hulk, you'll get the Glory!
