On Day 2 we tested new trail bikes from Trek, Giant and Specialized. Watch them in action here.

On day two of the Editors' Choice trip, we focused on the trail bike category. We rode the Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Comp, the Giant Trance X1 and the Trek Fuel EX 7 on the challenging Hummingbird trail located in the hills near Southern California's Simi Valley. This trail had a little bit of everything needed to test these five inch travel bikes: Climbs ranged from smooth to very technical with Moab-like slickrock, and descents easily used all the travel these bikes offer. All three bikes survived the day without a whimper and proved to be very well-matched. Like the Performance XC category, this one will be very close.
