Following up on the excellent updates to its more road-oriented Garmin Edge computer mounts, has now added a mountain bike-specific model plus new universal Go Big front and rear mounts for action cameras. They're not cheap but no other options we've encountered are as solidly built - or swanky - either.
Instead of clamping to the bars, the new K-Edge Garmin MTB/stem mount effectively acts as a 5mm spacer and secures underneath the top cap of a conventional 1 1/8" threadless headset. Available in either a solid or hinged configuration depending on your cockpit setup, the new mount places the computer head above the stem where it's a bit more protected in a crash than with an out-front type of mount.

As with K-Edge's other Garmin mounts, the new MTB variant is made of CNC-machined aluminum and comes equipped with the company's new molded Delrin computer interface insert for a silkier and more secure fit than the old all-aluminum design. Claimed weight for the fixed model is 21g while the adjustable one is just slightly heavier at 25g.
Adjustable versions will cost US$39 while fixed-angle mounts will cost US$29. Both are offered in black, red or gunmetal anodized finishes.
Videographers looking for the ultimate in platform stability get a trio of new Go Big mounts that will fit any action camera with a universal ¼-20" threaded mounting socket, including GoPro, Contour, Drift, Sony, and others. Like with K-Edge's Garmin mounts, the Go Big camera mounts are CNC machined for a precise fit and secure hold on either 31.8mm-diameter handlebars or most conventional saddle rails.

Rear-facing mounts incorporate a hinge to help perfectly dial in the field of view and there's also a separate ¼-20" adapter to convert current GoPro-specific K-Edge Go Big mounts.
Claimed weight for complete mounts is around 45g and retail prices range from US$59 to US$79. The standalone adapter will cost US$29.
All of K-Edge's new Garmin and camera mounts should be available now.
