Santa Cruz have launched an all-new aluminium trail bike, the Blur TR.  The new addition to the trail line-up aims to mimic the carbon Blur TRc in a package that's kinder to the wallet.

With the same 125mm VPP suspension and geometry as its carbon big brother, Santa Cruz are insisting this is a bike to be thrashed. Bringing things bang up to date, they've opted to use a 142x12mm rear end, ISCG05 tabs and internal routing for RockShox's Reverb Stealth seatpost. 

Usefully, the frame also features two bottle cage mounts. Two colours are available - satin black/gold and gloss red/blue.

The Blur TR frame will set you back £1,749 / US$1,925 with a Fox Float CTD shock, while complete package deals start from £3,249 / US$3,099. For more information see .
